RETURNS & REFUNDS RELATING TO CHANGE OF MIND  (Non COVID 19 Period) 

If you're not completely happy with the product, or you ordered an incorrect item, you can return your order to Mindy Brownes Interiors for a full refund (Excluding the cost of delivery) Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type. We are happy to refund your item provided that the item is fit to sell on; (Packaging clean, untorn, inside packaging intact, plastic sleeve on all lighting shades) within 14 days. Pease note we will not carry the cost of a returned item that must be paid by you, the customer. When sending an item back due to change of mind please retain proof of tracking. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please note all returns are your responsibility until they reach us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS RELATING TO DAMAGED ITEMS OR DEFECTS (Non COVID 19 Period)

If an item arrives damaged or broken all breakages on receipt must be notified to Genesis and Mindy Brownes Interiors within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done by email only (info@mindybrownes.com)  We will then speak to you across the phone and resolve the issue as quickly as we can. Please note a number of Mindy Brownes items are hand finished and may have slight paint/finish variations on each item. Therefore it’s good to note no piece is the exact same and may vary.

However, separately, if you need to return a faulty/broken/unfit for purpose item already flagged with us, it can only be returned into our physical store once we reopen and government restrictions are lifted. Mindy Brownes Interiors will cover the cost of returned damaged goods, provided it is reported within 24 hours to head office. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE ON SALES ITEMS IN STORE NOT ONLINE 

Genesis Fine Arts Limited have a policy of no returns or exchange on sale items in our physical store. This will not affect your statutory rights.

 

EXCHANGE OF SPECIAL INSTRUCTION GOODS 

We do not offer refunds for personalised goods (painted or altered, re-upholstered at customer request) this includes on base mounted items and engraving. 

 

REFUND

In the event of a refund the full payment for goods will be returned to the customer no longer than 30 days from original transaction either by Paypal or Credit Card.

FAQ during COVID 19 Period & Temporary Closure 

Q1- Will my order be delivered?

Yes we are processing all orders and they will be delivered by our external delivery team. However due to the current circumstance please bear in mind your order may take up to two weeks for delivery.

 

Q2 – Do you offer free delivery? 

 

For a limited  time only we are offering free delivery on all smaller and medium items. Larger furniture items, large mirror and clocks are excluded from this. If you see an * beside a coded item then an extra charge will be applied of €50.

 

 Q3 – My item has a defect or is damaged, what do I do?

If your item is damaged upon arrival it must be reported to us no longer than 24 hours of receipt. Please email us photos as proof to (info@mindybrownes.com) Please note a number of Mindy Brownes items are hand finished and may have slight paint/finish variations on each item. Therefore it’s good to note no piece is the exact same and may vary. However, separately, if you need to return a faulty/broken/unfit for purpose item already flagged with us, it can only be returned into our physical store once we reopen. 

Q4 – I know of a product I wish to purchase but cannot see it online?

If this is the case then this item is no longer available to purchase online and is only available through an in-store purchase only. 

Q5 – I want to buy a mirror, is this possible? 

Unfortunately some mirrors are impossible to ship and arrive broken so we can’t ship all mirrors. If it’s possible to add to basket then it’s good to go. 

Q6 - Can I purchase larger furniture items?

Some items are possible to ship, others not. Again if you can add to basket then it will ship. However it may arrive on a pallet and this is up to you to dispose of. If a product requires a pallet we will email/call to inform you. You must dispose of this pallet yourself and we cannot take any responsibility for this. An additional charge of €50 is applied to larger items.
